Full Job Description

All Terrain Tractor Service is an established site development company based out of Sanford, FL.

We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to add to the team.

Qualified applicants for this position are those who have 5+ years’ experience with surveying, locating and as-builts.

Experience should include the ability to:

utilize standard surveying tools and equipment.

take measurements of property boundaries, elevation, contour, shape, location and gravitation.

relay the data correctly.

provide valuable feedback about the data collected.

Familiarity with CAD Systems is a huge plus.

Candidates must also be able to work efficiently with little direction, as you will be traveling from one site to another. For this reason, the ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively.

Attention to detail is critical to be successful in this position.

Benefits are available to those that have completed their probationary period. Those include health insurance, dental and vision.

Employees will also be eligible for a one-week paid vacation after their first year of employment and two weeks after their third year.

You will need to pass a background check and a drug test.

Typical hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,600.00 per week
